Wild Aspromonte

A tour to discover the Aspromonte National Park, one of the best-preserved parks in Europe, a wild, often inaccessible, ‘rugged’ mountain.
‘Aspromonte’, however, means ‘white mountain’, as ‘aspro’ in Greek dialect means white. It is white because of the arid limestone walls of its rugged southern slope.
This tour will bring us through perched villages, lost in the middle of nowhere where time inexorably stands still and where just a few brave inhabitants remain since reaching certain places is truly a heroic feat.

 

Exploring these places by motorbike is an indescribable experience and adventure.
